BREAKING IT DOWN

We all need to eat nutritious food but what happens when your budget turns upside down and you have to make cut backs. That's what happened to us when Gary broke his ankle, I didn't have a green card, the renters vacated 10 months early and we had no savings. Yes, we prayed, but practically we had to adjust.

There wasn't that much we could cut back on and because we lived a lifestyle of wholesome natural food, I wasn't too sure how I could make things work, but as I looked over some areas, I knew I could make changes for the better.
